- For best results, avoid unwanted toxins for at least 48 hours prior to use of this product.
- Take the entire contents of the bottle over a 20 minute period.
- Drink at least 32 to 48 ounces of water.
- Urinate frequently
- Your peak time of cleanliness will be 60 to 90 minutes after taking STAT!.

Please note this Important Usage Information - Males above 220 pounds or Females above 180 pounds will need to use two bottles.

- Do not exceed the amount of water in the instructions after you have consumed the product. On the target date, do not consume more than occasional sips of water for four hours prior to use. Do not consume any fruit juices, coffee, tea, or soft-drinks prior to use, or after, until desired results have been achieved.
- Do not eat four hour prior to consuming the product. Do not consume any fruits, or anything with citric acids.
